1. Products We Sell
Inkkraft offers two types of products:
a) Pre-designed products
These are products printed exactly as displayed on our website (design, placement, and print style decided by Inkkraft).
b) Customised / personalised products
These are products printed based on customer-provided designs, text, or custom requests.
All products are printed on demand. Minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to screen and printing differences and are not considered defects.

As part of our growth roadmap, Inkkraft plans to introduce:

Giftable merchandise (such as mugs, frames, accessories, and other personalised gift items)

3D miniature printing and related custom figurine products
2. Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, as printing starts shortly after confirmation.

Processing time: 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
3. Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.

We ship across India.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

Customised or personalised products

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Minor color differences due to screen/print variation
✅ Replacement is accepted ONLY if:
You receive a damaged product

You receive a wrong product (wrong size/design sent by us)

There is a manufacturing or printing defect
📌 Replacement conditions:

Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos/videos are mandatory

Product must be unused and unwashed
-
Approved replacements will be shipped free of cost.
