  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen/print variation​

✅ Replacement is accepted ONLY if:

 

You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong product (wrong size/design sent by us)

  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect

📌 Replacement conditions:

​

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos are mandatory

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Approved replacements will be shipped free of cost.
